What is this group for?

This group is a safe free space to listen, share, or just be there.  It is hosted by Vince Mclaughlin from Chest, Heart & Stroke Scotland, who is super knowledgeable and will be able to help answer any questions, or point you in the right direction!

When does this group meet?

We meet once a month on Mondays from 10:30am - 12:30pm.  We are currently scheduled to meet for the 8th of April, the 13th of May, the 10th of June, the 15th of July, the 9th of September, the 14th of October, and the 11th of November, 2024.

Where does the group meet? 

We meet at New Connections, Waverly House, High Street, Fort William. The group meets in the cafe, directly to the right as you enter the building through the main door.  Below is a diagram of where we meet in the building.
