About the Group
What is Caring Connections?
Caring Connections is a peer support group dedicated to families affected by poor mental health. Our group provides a safe, non-judgmental space for family members to share experiences, learn coping strategies, and find mutual support.
Who can join?
Our group is open to adult family members and carers of individuals experiencing mental health issues. This includes parents, siblings, partners, and adult children.
We offer:

When does Caring Connections Meet?
We meet every Monday from 7pm at New Connections. Meetings are facilitated by trained volunteers.
