Who is this group for? 

This is a peer support group for Neurodivergent or Neuro-spicy folk! This can include but is not limited to ADHD, ADD, Dyspraxia, Dyslexia, ASD.  

 

What is this group for?

ADHD + is a space to unmask and connect with others who have similar shared experiences, it's a relaxed group where you can share as little or as much as you like.  At our sessions we chat about how our weeks have gone; what's gone well, what's been difficult, we share tips and tricks, new information we've discovered, and have a cup of tea.

When does this group meet?

We meet from 5pm - 6:30pm every Thursday.  It's an open drop in time, so group members can come and go any time between 5 and 6:30, so there's no pressure to arrive at 5 on the dot!

Where does the group meet? 

We meet at New Connections, Waverly House, High Street, Fort William. You'll find us sat in the comfy seats in the far left hand side of the building.
